"Not an Enjoyable Experience"

We booked 2 nights in a family room. Arrived to a dark, dingy room with very uncomfortable beds. Sink did not work properly, toilet took a number of flushes to work it. No bath towels when we arrived, although provided promptly when we asked for them. Breakfast was mediocre. We decided not to stay the second night. I would not recommend this property.

It was the worst accomodation I ever had in Ireland.
The room was completely different from what I saw on the web site at the booking time (dirty, small, pillow with stains, bed uncomfortable, and on the roof some spiders).
When I tried to ask for some explanation, a very unpolite memebr staff said me only "sorry, for that"...
