"Bed and Breakfast Reservations was worthless"

When we arrived at the Hostel in Cashel we did not have a reservation. Because we had the printed page they gave us a room. (It was not very clean).
After that experience, we called Finegan's in Tralee to check on our reservation and were told that we did not have a reservation there either and not to bother to come in to show the paperwork we had because they had no room.
We contacted Bed & Breakfast Reservations when we arrived home to get the deposit back but they did not return the email.
We will not book through Bed & Breakfast Reservations again.
