Description - Bed and breakfast

Three Gables is a charming country cottage dating back to the 1800s. It sits in an acre of private grounds with open views in all directions. It is very close to the Shannon Estuary and very close to The Wild Atlantic Way.

Three Gables is located between the towns of Askeaton and Foynes, close to North Kerry and Limerick city. The area is very popular for walking, cycling, fishing and angling. There are many quaint towns and tourist attractions close by, some within walking distance. There is good access to major routes, making it easy to plan a driving or touring vacation.

On-site private parking is provided. Guests are free to use and enjoy outdoor facilities at all times. These include gardens and lawns, outdoor seating areas, and a large south-facing patio with table and chairs.

Breakfast is served in a spacious and comfortable south-facing sun lounge, with views of the gardens and neighbouring fields. Our breakfast menu includes traditional Full Irish Breakfast, Continental Breakfast, and a selection of alternative options. If you have any special requirements, we will do all we can to accommodate you.

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. We reserve the right to pre-authorise your credit card within the 7 days before you arrive, but not before. The full cost of the first night's accommodation will be charged in case of a late cancellation or no-show.

We are located on the main route N69, between Limerick city and North Kerry. We are 2km from Askeaton, and 8 km from Foynes.

Public transport (bus) is available between Limerick city and North Kerry. Timetable varies, please check availability. A local taxi company is happy to provide other transport, including an airport shuttle service.
