Description - Bed and breakfast

The house is situated in a quiet peaceful location on Countess Road, only a 3 minute walk from Killarney town centre and en route to the Ring of Kerry,'Gap of Dunloe'and Muckross House'.

Our bed and breakfast is an ideal base for touring , sightseening, golf or fishing on the lakes of Killarney. The house is tastefully decorated throughout and contains many interesting features.

All our guest rooms are spacious, en suite with tv and tea and coffee making dining room is a beautiful bright room so our guests can relax we provide a wide variety of contential and guests can choose hot cooked breakfast, we also provide lovely home cooked evening meals for groups of 10 upwards.

Our emphasis is on friendly personal service , services range from booking your resturant, tours, arrange golf, and fishing tours.

All our rooms are ensuite. Countess House has 11 Double rooms, 2 triple rooms, 1 family room and 6 twin rooms. Our rooms are tastefully decorated with all linen including bath towels supplied.

Our first floor rooms overlook the front garden and second floor rooms overlook the back garden. Variety of dvd's supplied for guests use.
