Rooms have bunk beds and sinks, wardrobes and study desks and are all centrally heated.
There are 4 showers and 4 toilets and a drying room.

We are situated in a nice quiet rural setting just 10 minutes from limerick . We are a family run business and offer english language programmes during the summer . We are open all year and can offer tours in the locality and free return to journeys from the village pub.

We have a small farm with our own organic vegetable garden and hens . We run an Airsoft site every Saturday .
During june July and August we operate Ballyneety xnLanguage Summer School for young learners, and young adults, we in also place foreign students in secondary schools or high schools for full or part of a year for academic learning and gaining fluency in english.
