Acorn Cottage is a comfortable, traditional style Irish cottage, where you can enjoy a relaxing stay in a quiet area while still being only a few minutes drive from Tralee town center and the heart of Kerry, a short drive to many attractions, activities and famous scenic routes and towns such as the Ring of Kerry, Killarney and Dingle.

15 minutes drive to a selection of beautiful beaches. (including the cliffs of Ballybunion)
also in the Tralee area are walking trails, pony trekking, swimming pools, golf courses and a huge selection of shops, pubs and restaurants, there is also a museum, a theater, a cinema and a beautiful town park.

Location & Transportation

Acorn Cottage is situated in a quiet, rural residential area, with views of the Kerry mountains, and distant sea views.
Directions	On arriving in Tralee, from the cork road, McDonalds on the left, straight ahead past the hospital on the left straight ahead at next roundabout. next roundabout, turn right, straight ahead to traffic lights, you will see a bus and train station on your left. turn right, go straight ahead, take the first left after "stokers lodge" restaurant, straight ahead to road junction where you will take a right fork ( church on the right) straight ahead for 2 miles over roundabout up the hill R556 Tralee to Abbeydorney/Ballybunion road. Acorn Cottage is the 5th house on the left after Sheridan Lodge B&B.
Transportation	2.5 miles to the bus and train station.
Airport	Kerry airport, 11 miles.
